Fast Track & Next Working Day Delivery Premium Features
- If we fail to deliver your goods on the date and timeslot promised we will refund your fast track or next working day delivery fee paid less our £69 + vat standard delivery fee.
- We always aim to deliver fast track and next working day orders first on the daily delivery run.
- The day before arrival – before 10am you will receive an email and text notification of your delivery date and a 5 hours delivery slot of when to expect us on the day.
- The day prior to arrival – at 4pm you will receive an email and text notification with a disptach confirmation stating your order number, delivery postcode and heaviest item.
- On the day – A call from our driver approximately 1 hour before arrival.
General Notes
- The date shown on your order states ‘by x date’. This means your goods will arrive no later than 17:00 on the date shown. Your goods may arrive before this date.
- If a product is returned after delivery there will be no refund of the original delivery fee paid.
- Working days are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday (excluding any bank or national holidays) Any order placed on Saturday, Sunday or a bank or national holiday cannot be processed until the first working day after that and therefore will be treated as if ordered on that day. For example, An order placed on Saturday is treated as if it was ordered on Monday (unless Monday is a bank or national holiday) at 8 am.

UK Lintels provides a Click and Collect option at checkout, so you can collect your order from our depot near Bristol.

Standard Collection is free for any size order. Premium 2 hour Collection is charged at £50 + vat
Click & Collect order process
When placing your order, you will receive a date and time when your order will be ready to collect. Your order may be ready sooner and are typically ready 24-48 hours from placement of order. You will receive an email notifying you when your order is complete and available for collection. Although we do check each order prior to your collection we do ask that the client or the person collecting on your behalf also checks the goods are correct prior to leaving our depot.
Premium collection is as above but your order will be ready in 2 working hours with a collection date/time indicated at checkout.
You can track the status of your order in real-time using our live order tracker.
We respectfully ask that you do not travel to our depot until you have received your collection email.
Please note: many products from our range are cut from longer length stock profiles and are non-returnable and the order cannot be cancelled once the cutting has taken place. These items are therefore bespoke items to your selected length. You will receive a notification about this post purchase. Please contact us immediately to put you order on hold or cancel should you possibly wish to return an item post purchase. Our team can assist in notifying you if the items on your order are cut or non cut items. We can also inform you of this prior to you making an order should you require.
